What we promise
Four things we will not do to you
Every one of these is a practice somewhere in this industry. We have built the platform so that we cannot do them, not so that we promise not to.
One price, agreed before you go
You see the fare before you book and that is what you are charged. Not an estimate, not a range, and not a number that drifts upward while you sit in traffic.
Pay how you want
Card or cash, your choice on every trip. Your receipt arrives the moment the trip ends, with the route and the fare on it.
The driver you were shown
Name, photo, vehicle and plate number, before they arrive. If the car that pulls up is not the car on your screen, do not get in — and tell us.
Refunds that actually happen
If you were charged wrongly we correct it, and the correction is recorded against your trip. You should not have to fight for your own money.
Safety
What we do before, during and after the trip
Safety is mostly the unglamorous work that happens before anyone gets in a car — and the ability to reconstruct exactly what happened if something goes wrong.
Verified drivers
Identity, licence, vehicle documents and background checks, confirmed before the first trip and re-checked on a schedule.
Share your trip
Send a live link to someone you trust. They see your route and your arrival without needing the app.
In-app emergency help
One tap connects you to our safety team with your exact location and trip details already attached.
Every trip recorded
Route, timing and fare are stored against the trip, so a dispute is settled with facts rather than recollection.
Two-way ratings
Riders and drivers rate each other. Consistently poor conduct on either side ends access to the platform.
Reviewable decisions
If an automated system restricts an account, a person reviews it. Nothing that affects a livelihood is final without human sign-off.

Tell us the trip and what happened. Our support team can see the recorded route, the timing and the fare that was quoted, so most issues are settled the same day — and every action taken on your account is recorded.
